VertexMods respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To submit a valid DMCA takedown notice, please include the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• Identification of the infringing material and its location on our platform
• Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
• A statement that the information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe content was removed incorrectly, you may submit a counter-notice including:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the removed material and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal district court

Repeat Infringers

VertexMods will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.
