About the Mod
Started back in 2019, the [MLO] AREA 69 mod is a testament to its creator’s dedication, overcoming technical limitations and time constraints over almost five years. The mod brings a detailed and immersive underground base inspired by the creator’s military experiences, combined with fresh ideas. The AREA 69 mod creates a new secret military site under Fort Zancudo and includes the following additions:
- Underground Base: A hidden base located under Fort Zancudo.
- Cargo Ship: A cargo vessel located in the ocean near the base.
- Aircraft Carrier: An aircraft carrier docked next to Fort Zancudo.
- Increased Vegetation: Enhanced greenery around the military base.
Additionally, the mod can be enhanced by loading specific pedestrian (ped) configurations using the Menyoo trainer, providing even more depth to your role-playing scenarios.
Installation Instructions
Follow these steps to install the [MLO] AREA 69 mod:
- Download the Area 69 Mod
- Drag & Drop it to your Resources folder
- Start the resource with server.cfg or txAdmin!

ensure area-69-mlo-fivemxto yourserver.cfg. - 4Restart the server and run
ensure area-69-mlo-fivemxin the live console to confirm it loads without red errors. If you hit a dependency error, the mod probably needsox_liborox_inventory— install those first, then retry.
