Prop System Pro - Inspiring Object Placement for FiveM
Unleash creativity on your FiveM server with Prop System Pro, an inspiring and powerful prop placement system supporting both ESX and QBCore frameworks. This professional-grade tool allows players to place, manipulate, and save objects in the game world, perfect for event setups, scene creation, building decorating, or temporary structures. Bring dynamic world-building capabilities to your community with an intuitive, feature-rich prop management system.
What's Included
Prop System Pro delivers a complete object placement framework with an extensive prop library, precise positioning controls, rotation and scaling tools, save/load functionality, and permission-based access. The system includes an intuitive interface for browsing thousands of game props, real-time placement with visual feedback, and database integration for persistent prop saving. Players can create detailed scenes, decorate spaces, or build temporary structures with professional-grade control.

Perfect For
- Event coordinators creating custom setups for races, parties, or ceremonies
- Roleplay servers allowing property decoration and personalization
- Emergency services setting up roadblocks, checkpoints, or accident scenes
- Construction job roleplay with barrier and equipment placement
- Film and screenshot creators building custom scenes
- Server administrators creating temporary or permanent world enhancements
How It Works
Players with appropriate permissions open the Prop System Pro menu to browse the extensive object library. Select a prop from organized categories, and it spawns at your character's position for real-time manipulation. Use intuitive controls to move, rotate, and scale the prop until it's positioned perfectly. Once satisfied, save the prop to the database where it becomes persistent, surviving server restarts. Props can be edited or deleted later using the same system, and entire setups can be saved as templates for quick redeployment.
Installation
- Download and extract Prop System Pro to your server resources folder
- Import the provided SQL file to create prop storage database tables
- Configure framework (ESX or QBCore) and permissions in config.lua
- Add ensure prop-system-pro to your server.cfg
- Restart your server and grant appropriate permissions to users
Placement Controls
The system provides professional-grade placement controls for precision object positioning. Move props along X, Y, and Z axes with adjustable increments for fine or coarse adjustments. Rotate props on all three axes to achieve exact angles. Scale props up or down to fit specific needs (great for barriers, decorations, or creative scenes). Snap-to-ground automatically positions props at ground level, while free placement allows mid-air positioning for unique creations.
Framework Compatibility
- âś… ESX - Full integration with ESX permission and job systems
- âś… QBCore - Complete compatibility with QB-Core framework
- âś… Job Permissions - Restrict placement to specific jobs (police, EMS, construction, etc.)
- âś… Rank-Based Access - Configure different permission levels for viewing, placing, editing, and deleting
What Makes It Stand Out
Prop System Pro distinguishes itself through an inspiring, user-friendly interface combined with powerful professional features. Unlike basic prop spawners, this system includes save/load functionality, precise manipulation controls, and comprehensive permission management. The extensive, categorized prop library makes finding objects quick and easy. The real-time preview and adjustment system feels natural and intuitive. Database integration ensures your creative work persists, making it suitable for both temporary events and permanent world enhancements.
Permission System
Configure granular permissions to control prop system access. Set which jobs can use the system (police for roadblocks, EMS for scene management, construction for work zones). Define rank requirements for different actions - allow everyone to view props but restrict placement to supervisors. Create admin-only delete permissions to prevent abuse. The flexible permission system adapts to your server's structure, ensuring prop placement enhances roleplay without enabling chaos.
Use Cases
- Emergency Scenes - Police place barriers for crime scenes, EMS creates triage areas, fire sets up equipment zones
- Events & Racing - Event coordinators build race tracks with cones, barriers, and finish lines
- Construction RP - Construction workers place scaffolding, barriers, and equipment at job sites
- Property Decoration - Players personalize homes, businesses, or gang territories with furniture and decor
- Film Production - Content creators build custom sets and scenes for videos and screenshots
- World Enhancement - Admins add permanent details, decorations, or functional objects to the map
Prop Categories
Props are organized into logical categories for easy browsing: furniture (chairs, tables, sofas), barriers (cones, fences, barricades), vehicles (decorative cars, bikes), nature (plants, rocks, trees), construction (scaffolding, tools, materials), emergency (medical equipment, police tape), electronics (computers, monitors, radios), and miscellaneous (decorations, signs, containers). This organization makes finding the right prop quick, even with thousands of options.
Save & Load Features
The save system allows storing individual props or entire scenes to the database. Create templates for common setups like police checkpoints, race starting lines, or event stages. Load saved configurations with one click, instantly recreating complex scenes. This feature is invaluable for recurring events, standardized setups, or quickly deploying common configurations. Saved props include all position, rotation, and scale data for exact reproduction.
Performance Considerations
Prop System Pro is optimized for performance even with many objects placed. Props use efficient streaming, only loading when players are nearby. The database system is optimized for quick queries and updates. Prop rendering uses native FiveM functions for best performance. Typical resource usage remains under 0.02ms, with brief spikes during placement or loading. The system includes admin tools to check prop counts and identify performance impacts if needed.
Requirements
- FiveM server running ESX or QBCore framework
- MySQL database (oxmysql recommended)
- Basic Lua knowledge for permission configuration
- Recommended: Admin permissions for initial setup and testing
Admin Tools
Administrators have special controls for managing the prop system server-wide. View all placed props on the server with creator information and timestamps. Delete props by ID or radius to clean up abandoned objects. Check total prop counts to monitor server load. Export and import prop configurations for backup or transfer between servers. Set global prop limits to prevent excessive placement. These tools ensure the system enhances rather than clutters your server.
Support & Documentation
Comprehensive documentation is included with installation guides, configuration examples for different server types, and troubleshooting tips. The package includes example permission configurations for common use cases (police checkpoints, event management, construction jobs). Support is provided for setup questions and permission configuration assistance. Regular updates ensure compatibility with framework and FiveM changes, keeping your prop system running smoothly.
